Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Nicholas P D Seedsman
Nicholas Seedsman is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at KODA International who believes that a company and business should be without (“sine”) limitations. This attitude spawns from his past employment operating as a strategic asset tasked with complex problem solving on behalf of the Australian Government.
For 8 years (2009-2017) Nicholas was a member of the world renown strategic organisation known as The Special Air Service (SAS) on behalf of the Australian Government and its Military. Service in this unit would be Nick's “baptism of fire” and much of his success in the business world could be contributed to the nature and experiences in his previous life. Whilst one may deem his current life much safer and comfortable than the last, the fast and unpredictable nature of the business world, particularly investing, requires an analytical and methodical mind in the midst of chaos and confusion.
The SAS operates in a fast, ever changing and complex environment, be that of vast intelligence operations, highly complex and/or aggressive engagements. Operating in partnership within few similar organisations and agencies internationally, Nicholas has developed a very sincere and loyal approach to engaging people at all levels of capability and social status, their problems and sourcing solution.
Nicholas deployed in active operations on a great many occasions for 8 years in both semi-familiar and unprecedented situations; amongst diverse cultures both international and domestic spheres of influence; on behalf of the Australian Government in many diverse roles and situations. Furthermore, during these deployments, education was paramount to survival. With continuous training, study and retraining conducted simultaneously. This has provided Nicholas with a validation of his abilities and education, the greater understanding of an ever changing and complex environment, real world political consequences and legitimate assessments of the capability of an individual, to name a few.
Whilst on deployment, Nicholas’ position and mindset for months were continuously tested to maintain and resolve many situations simultaneously, for example whilst in Afghanistan it was Nicholas’ duty to conduct kill/capture missions of High Valued Individuals (HVI) and gather intelligence. Under this banner it would be expected that Nicholas would work often without sleep conducting many roles simultaneously and regularly within the organisation.
Nicholas leverages off his career in Special Operations by harnessing true intuition and emotional intelligence, mixed with identifying where all capital, both human and wealth, can be best exploited.
Nicholas believes that there is nothing that can’t be achieved by brilliant organisations and individuals partnering as long as the core values of KODA International’s Loyalty, Integrity and Diligence are met.

Maxim is the Chief Operating Officer for KODA International, specialising in value realisation from whole of business centric investment. With a pedigree from the Australian Military, Maxim leverages insights with business value across all stakeholders to deliver the right outcome for KODA International clients.
Chief Financial Officer
Luke Andrews
Luke is the Chief Financial Officer for KODA International. He has over a decade of proven experience in the Australian Special Operations community. He attained his Master of Business Administration from the University of Queensland (UQ) Business School in 2021 and is responsible for overseeing and implementing world class financial strategies.
By synergising his contemporary business acumen with a pragmatic yet strategic special forces approach, he is able to transcend the full spectrum of financial operations. His humble belief in a ‘classless sense of family’ makes him our model cultural fit, ensuring that KODA International clients are at the forefront of his financial decision making processes.
